Abstract
Land resource is rich in the northern coastal area of Binzhou city,and unused land is more and concentrated with great value of exploitation and utilization.Through depth analysis on characteristics of unused land and present condition of development and utilization in northern coastal areas in Binzhou city in recent years,it is proposed that overall planning revision of land use and the connection of special plan-ning should be paid more attention,land intensive use evaluation work should be carried out immediately, investment and business choosing should be paid equal attention,and development mode should be innova-ted to get efficient results.Regional advantages should be made full use to develope unused land in Binzhou city.关键词
