济南市人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调发展研究
Study on Coordinate Development among Population Urbanization and Land Urbanization in Jinan City
摘要
Abstract
Promoting the coordinative development of population urbanization and land urbanization is the key of new type urbanization in China.In this paper,through setting up the evolution patterns between population urbanization and land urbanization,from the aspect of the coordinate development between pop-ulation and land,urbanization and coordinate development model of Jinan city from 1995 to 2013 have been analyzed and calculated.It is showed that during this period,their coordination level is gradually increas-ing.In 1995,Jinan came to the stage with the extreme uncoordinated development,and in 2013,Jinan came to the stage with high quality coordinate development.But the speed of Land urbanization has been faster than population urbanization from 2008.There are imbalance phenomenon in the process of urbani-zation.The results can provide scientific basis for the formulation of regional urbanization development strategy.关键词
