摘要
Abstract
The article analyzes the characteristic of planning, and the structure mode of Singapore new town using classic study. Comparatively analyzes the new town in different stages from 1950s, and summarize the typical structure model of new town: the basic layout of the new town center around the rail transit stations launched by a group of layout. The new town, neighborhood and delegation composed of three level structure, the scale is relatively reasonable; public facilities are set by ratings which adapt to the demand of resident and the needs of social economic development at different period. We can learn more experience for Shanghai’s new town planning under new-type urbanization.关键词
