上海迈向2040全球城市战略目标与功能框架研究

Abstract
Complying with the trend of globalization to network deepening, this paper analyzes the external environment, influence variables, inherent dynamic , risks and chalenges of the construction of Shanghai global city, from the perspective of global multivariate pattern changes and the national strategic demand, based on the analysis of the global city theory framework. On this basis, the research presents strategic goals, basic symbol and target system of Shanghai towards the 2040 global city, and puts forward the ifve core functions embodying the global resource allocation capabilities and integrated global service functions, that is a global ifnancial centre which is coherent to China's comprehensive economic strength and international status of RMB, a global trade centre which is coherent to China's economic and trade position and the economic transformation and upgrading, a science and technology innovation center with global inlfuence, a advanced global information network hub and a global cultural metropolis with global inlfuence and unique charm.关键词
