欧洲智慧城市实践中的主体互动关系研究
Study on Subject Interaction of European Smart City Practice

Abstract
In the context of smart city concept being practiced rapidly worldwide, it is of great signiifcance to systematicly study patterns and features of smart city practices. In order to observe the overall situation of European smart city practice, this study selects 12 European smart cities and 312 detailed projects to build the research datebase. Starting from the subjective interaction of smart city practices, the author builds a research framework to analyze patterns and features of subjective action by taking government, enterprises, citizens as subject elements of interaction, as well as taking subjective action, functional claims for subjective action, technical solution as core elements of interaction.关键词
