农地流转影响因素分析及其潜力测算
An analysis of the inlfuences on and potential for farmland transfer

Abstract
Farmland transfer is a land resource al ocation mode based on the market mechanism, but the scale and the marketization of farmland transfer remain at low levels. Therefore, a systematic analysis of the factors control ing farmland transfer and an exploration of the potential for farmland transfer are needed. Taking Shaoxing city of Zhejiang province as the region of interest, a questionnaire survey was conducted of farm households regarding their wil ingness to transfer farmland and the factors involved in making such a decision. The potential for farmland transfer was measured from the viewpoints of economic income and rural labor productivity, with the results showing that the contracted farmland transfer potential in Shaoxing ranges from 88.3%to 99.4%.关键词
