矿业城市产业转型中资源保护问题研究
Resource protection issues in the industrial transformation of a mining city
摘要
Abstract
Industrial transformation involves a process of redistribution, development, and utilization of resources. Bijie city of Guizhou province is rich in both natural and mineral resources, especial y coal resources, and industrial transformation is an important issue faced by Bijie. Issues of effectively protecting resources during the process of industrial transformation are signiifcant to the sustainable development of this city. This paper analyses the status of industrial transformation in Bijie city, and discovers that various problems exist in the city, including idle resources, resource waste, and resource abuse. Therefore, this paper proposes that by changing development concepts, strengthening supervision, increasing technical inputs, and developing emerging industries, a circular economy can be realized that promotes the development of both the economy and a sustainable society.关键词
