断层封堵性分析及SGR方法在东海勘探区应用
Fault sealing property analysis and a shale gouge ratio method applied to an exploration area in the East China Sea

Abstract
Faulted structural traps are a key focus of current offshore oil and gas exploration, and a quantitative evaluation of fault sealing properties helps to improve the success rate of exploration. This paper introduces and reviews the fault block analysis method and the technology used in both China and internationally. The shale gouge ratio (SGR) method is the most commonly used and effective method for assessing the probability of fault sealing. This study analyzes fault sealing properties and makes a quantitative calculation of hydrocarbon column height using the SGR method for a tectonic zone in the East China Sea. The results of the analysis are consistent with data obtained from actual dril ing, and show that the SGR estimation of sealing hydrocarbon height has signiifcant applicability to oil and gas exploration.关键词
