三端集成稳压电源的布焊及故障分析
Welding layout and failure analysis for three-terminal integrated voltage-regulated power supply
摘要
Abstract
Three⁃terminal integrated voltage⁃regulated power supply is one of the important content of“Electronic Assembly Internship”which is a compulsory course in university. According to the existing teaching experience,the basic working princi⁃ple of three⁃terminal integrated voltage⁃regulated power supply is analyzed,the welding layout process and testing process are in⁃troduced,and all kinds of faults that may occur in the assembly process of three⁃terminal integrated voltage⁃regulated power sup⁃ply and the corresponding solutions are listed in detail. The practice operation proves that the process mentioned above has fur⁃ther enhanced the circuit principle analysis,instruments(oscilloscope,multimeter)operation and application ability of the stu⁃dents in the actual circuit testing,and also provided a help to eliminate the faults for the electronics assembly enthusiasts.关键词
