Abstract
Objective To investigate the CT diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of various types of parotid tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from May 2008 to February 2014 during the 78 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology parotid tumor CT images, including tumor size, density , shape, edge , with or without calcification and cystic degeneration , and other enhanced features . Results 78 cases of parotid tumors are unilateral , single lesion . Which mixed tumor , lymph papil ary cystadenoma , basal cel adenoma and myoepithelioma more performance for round or mass shadow , clear boundaries, uniform density and higher than normal parotid gland , enhanced scan mostly homogeneous enhancement .Which is more common in mixed tumor calcification , common in the lymphatic cystic papil ary cystadenoma , basal cel adenoma. Mucoepidermoid carcinoma , myoepithelial carcinoma lesions mostly lobulated borders unclear , uneven density and higher than normal parotid gland , enhanced scan heterogeneous enhancement . Acidic lymphogranuloma , lymphatic epithelial lesions mostly dif use enlargement , uneven density , less clear boundaries , enhanced scan showed obvious heterogeneous enhancement . Symmetry on both sides of the parotid gland involvement occurs in the lymph epithelial disease. Conclusion The various types of parotid tumors on CT images with their imaging features , relying on its CT manifestations, diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis can be , has important clinical value.关键词
