摘要
Abstract
Objective Analyze the causes of adverse events in nursing of Geriatric hospital in order to work out ef ective preventive measures.Methods Col ect ing the adverse events in nursing in our hospital from 2012~2013,and using the regression analysis to analyze the factors of these 67 cases.Results In these 67 cases of adverse events,the highest incidence is level I adverse events,It accounted for 41.8%.And the most events is fal s,it accountied for 61.2%. The length of nurses working life and the dif erent working hours for nursing incidence of adverse events was statistical y significant.Conclusion The elderly patients with high risk of nursing adverse events,by analyzing the causes of nursing adverse events in our hospital,it indicates that nurses working life and job title has a closely realtionship,we must strengthen the management of low seniority nurses,and strengthen the sense of responsibility and professional training of care workers.In addition, we should strengthen safety management, especial y holidays and night safety management in order to ef ectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in nursing.关键词
