Abstract
Objective Investigate new rehabilitation fluid combined omeprazole treatment the curative ef ect of chronic gastric ulcer.Methods 71 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group. 41 cases of test group and control group 30 cases. Control group patients a daily dose of omeprazole enteric capsules 1 grain;Medicine group patients in the control group, on the basis of a new liquid oral rehabilitation times a day 10 ml;Two groups are taking 8 weeks.Results The treatment of experimental group and control group total ef ective rate was 92.7%and 92.7%respectively, the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01), the control group have headaches constipation in 2 cases, 2 patients constipation, headache in 1 case.Conclusion New liquid recovery combined omeprazole has a good ef ect for the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer, is bet er than that of omeprazole alone, without obvious adverse reactions, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
