乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of urapidil in treating hypertensive emergency.Methods 80 cases of hypertensive emergency meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups equal y. The control group was treated with nitroglycerin, and the observation group was treated with urapidil. Then, the curative ef icacy, changes of blood pressure and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results The observation group had a total therapeutic ratio of 92.5% and 97.5% 15 minutes and 30 minutes after the treatment, which was respectively statistical y higher than that of 75.0% and 85.0% in the control group (both P<0.05). 30 minutes and 2 hours after the treatment, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation group were statistical y lower than those in the control group (both P<0.05). As to adverse reactions, there were 5 cases of headache and 2 cases of postural hypotension in the control group, while there was only 1 case of headache in the observation group.Conclusion Urapidil is an ef ective drug in treating hypertensive emergency, which can increase total therapeutic ratio and significantly lower blood pressure with less adverse reactions.关键词
