摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef icacy of the nimodipine treatment of vertigo. Methods In combination with the practical situation of patients give nimodipine 20 to 40 mg dose for the first time after 20 mil igrams at a time 3 times a day Symptom control again after 2~3 days. Results The nimodipine in the treatment of vertigo in relatively remarkable curative ef ect of 120 patients Ef ective in 71%, ef ective 24%, invalid 5%. Conclusion Through clinical practice Nimodipine has a significant ef ect in treatment of vertigo, and side ef ects of smal , high safety, worth clinical promotion.关键词
