Abstract
Objective To explore the ef ect of nursing intervention on patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients with anxiety depression. Methods Using Zung's self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). Self rating Depression Scale (SDs) assessment for patients with mood, and give nursing intervention, including the establishment of rehabilitation patients personal rheumatoid arthritis, joint function exercise col ective guidance, health education, individual patients to psychological counseling, recreational therapy, before and after nursing intervention scores. Results In patients with rheumatoid arthritis have anxiety depression significantly, compared with the domestic norm. There was a significant dif erence (P<0.01);symptoms improved significantly after intervention (P<0.01). Conclusion nursing intervention of multi-level, al-round, scientific in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Improve the psychological anxiety depression.关键词
