Abstract
Objective To explore the operation the joint application of mifepristone in clinical ef icacy in the treatment of endometriosis (EM), provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods Select our June 2011 ~ August 2012 outpatient income during the period of EM with the 80 cases of infertility patients as the research object, according to the postoperative whether taking mifepristone is divided into research group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Group patients were given mifepristone postoperative adjuvant therapy and control group in patients with laparoscopic operation is only. To observe the general situation of two groups of patients after treatment. Results In two groups of patients after treatment, clinical total ef ective rate had marked ef ect and r - AFS Ⅲ, Ⅳperiod, the pregnancy rate in statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.05).
