Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of dif usion weighted imaging in the involved lymph node in patients with pelvic malignant tumor. Methods Col ected after surgery for pelvic malignant tumor in 114 patients with pathological y confirmed.Al patients accepted DWI examination before operation in a week. ADC values were compared between benign lymph nodes and malignant lymph nodes. Results Malignant lymph nodes showed markedly high signal on DWI sequence. ADC values of benign lymph nodes were (0.9913±0.1971)í10-3mm2/s. ADC values of malignant lymph nodes were(0.8816±0.1217)í10-3mm2/s.The dif erence of ADC values in benign lymph nodes and malignant lymph nodes were statistical y significant( P<0.05). Conclusion DWI can improve the detection of lymph node. ADC values can identify lymph nodes and malignant lymph nodes in patients with pelvic malignant tumor.关键词
