Abstract
Objective To explore tuberculosis common complications after surgery and ef ective prevention way, to promote the recovery of postoperative patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods nanning fourth people's hospital from January 2011 to June 2011 in 53 cases of surgical treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with postoperative complications were reviewed, summarized and analyzed. Results 53 cases of surgical complications occur ed in 9 cases. 9 cases of postoperative acute respiratory failure in 1 case, after treatment with breathing machine to cure; Atelectasis in 3 cases, the airway atomization inhalation sputum suction and fiber bronchoscope after cure, hemothorax in 2 cases, cured by cut ing the breast bleeding in 1 case, 1 case died;Pyothorax in 1 case, cure;Disseminated tuberculosis in 1 case, cure;Post-pneumonectomy fistula in 1 case, cure. Conclusion Operation treatment is part of the tuberculosis patients must method, has a positive meaning ? cure for tuberculosis.关键词
