摘要
Abstract
Objective Analysis of the influence of midwifery care on birth outcomes of older mothers.Methods The age of our hospital during 2013~2014 in diagnosis and treatment of 120 cases of maternal birth outcomes as the object of study,a comparative analysis of the situation of women.Results In the experimental group,the total labor time was shorter than the control group (P<0.05), postpartum bleeding volume was significantly lower than the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion Midwifery care can ef ectively improve thematernal age natural delivery rate,reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia,shorten birth process,reduce the amount of postpartum hemor hage,worthy of promotion in clinical application.关键词
