Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative ef ect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pil s in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2013 March to 2014 March in our hospital department of Cardiology is the clinical data and laboratory data of 100 patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients, randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group, the experimental group were treated by Compound Danshen dripping pil s, the control group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate, group two treatment for 6 weeks, the clinical ef ects were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the ef ective rate was 96%, the total ef ective rate was 80%, bet er than the clinical ef ect of the experimental group in the control group, there was significant dif erence, with statistical significance ( <0.05), the experimental group before and after treatment of blood pressure, blood lipid, blood sugar, stool, urine test results did not change significantly, high safety, low adverse reaction. Conclusion The treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with treatment ef icacy of Compound Danshen Dropping Pil with isosorbide dinitrate plus, is a safe, ef ective, and worthy of further clinical promotion.关键词
