摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the ef ect of sedation methods of care and mechanical ventilation in ARDS. Methods October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital receiving mechanical ventilation in the treatment of ARDS42 patients were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group. Control group of 21 cases of deep sedation and clinical care, 21 cases of superficial observation group sedation and clinical care. The clinical ef ect of the control group and observation group and contrast. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group than the control group, the recovery time is shorter than in the control group, the incidence of agitation than the control group, the dif erence was significant, statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion ARDS mechanical ventilation with bet er light sedation, the ef ect is significant clinical care, fewer complications, rapid awakening, restlessness less worthy of promotion.关键词
