摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore method to improve the quality of intravenous infusion in elderly hospitalized patients.Methods The hospitalized elderly patients by nursing intervention measures:fluid infusion suf icient evaluation before,strengthen communication between nurses and patients,a reasonable choice of vessel and puncture tool,strengthen nursing skil s and knowledge training,health education throughout the whole process of transfusion.Before and after intervention in each selected 120 cases of elderly inpatients transfusion patients as the observation group and the control group, compared two groups of patients once puncture success rate,the incidence of venous extravasation,phlebitis incidence,patient satisfaction.Results The observation group once puncture successful rate and patient satisfaction significantly,the incidence of venous leakage and phlebitis incidence was significantly decreased ( <0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can ef ectively improve the quality of intravenous infusion in elderly patients hospitalized,ensure safety in hospitalized elderly patients with transfusion,improve patient satisfaction.关键词
