摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the ef ect of peri operation nursing of gastrointestinal surgery in patients with diabetes. Methods 87 patients with diabetic gastrointestinal surgery during 2013 February to 2014 February were selected in our hospital were randomly divided into operation, 43 cases of control group were received routine nursing;the observation group, 44 patients, according to the condition of acceptance for nursing. Comparing the two groups of patients with nursing ef ect. Results In the control group of patients the excel ent and good rate was 74.4%, the excel ent and good rate was observed for 95.5%patients. Conclusion The gastrointestinal surgery in patients with diabetes, in the peri operation period based on specific nursing condition, can obtain the nursing ef ect is very good, can help the rehabilitation of patients with the disease.关键词
