Abstract
Objective To observe the high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) curative ef ect for the treatment of liver cirrhosis of the liver and spleen function. Methods Hospitalized patients with digestive internal medicine in our col ection, col ection time for November to December, 2013, 2011, A total of 21 cases, al subjects were diagnosed as due to liver cir hosis of the liver and spleen function hyperfunction, male 16 cases, 5 cases were female, average age (54.2 + 17.5), were randomly divided into group A and group B, group C, respectively, to accept high intensity focused ultrasound 30, 60, 90 times. Results The research object is the most common adverse reactions of fever, a total of 5 cases, the temperature is 37.6 + / - 0.4 ℃, 4 cases of the object of study has swel ing in 1 day after the treatment, molting, symptoms disappear after skin treatment, continue to treatment. Al the research object in the treatment of interphase no internal bleeding, abdominal cavity ef usion, pleural ef usion, adjacent organs damaged, and the phenomenon of blood in the urine. We found A group of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment up to 90 times, the group in 0 month, January, February, march of white blood cel s, hemoglobin and platelets is highest, biggest tumor, high intensity focused ultrasound therapy group C at least 30 times, the group in 0 month, January, February and march of white blood cel s, hemoglobin and platelet lowest, tumors in the least, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion With the increase of number of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment, patients with liver cir hosis of the liver and spleen function of white blood cel s, hemoglobin and platelet recovery, the bet er, nar ow lump is the largest.关键词
