Abstract
Objective X-ray performance of adult primary tuberculosis were discussed. Methods From May 2011 to May 2014 for treatment of 36 cases of primary tuberculosis patients, X-ray analysis of its performance. Results The group of patients, 4 cases of primary pulmonary syndrome, X-ray film with fuzzy boundaries cot ony clouds as the main performance. 8 cases of intrathoracic lymph node tuberculosis in newly diagnosed X-ray showed an oval or circular nodules, mediastinal connected with the inner edge, the outer edge is rendered as lobulated or semicircular prominent boundary more clearly. 7 cases take chest CT scan, can be found in the left lung and pleural adhesions fiber cable video. Conclusion Based on chest X-ray findings and clinical manifestations of tuberculosis can be seen, X-ray performance of dif erent types of tuberculosis has its uniqueness. Part of the X-ray in patients with clinical manifestations of tuberculosis at normal levels, so most tuberculosis diagnosis was refer ing to X-ray findings and clinical manifestations were diagnosed. At a dif erent time to pay at ention to the dynamic observation, which for the dif erential diagnosis plays an important role.关键词
