Abstract
Objective To study the 131 I in treatment of senile thyroid function hyperfunction of heart disease clinical curative ef ect. Methods In March 2010to April 2014 our hospital 30 cases of thyroid function hyperfunction sex heart disease patients, oral 131 I give patients. And before and after treatment for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year review of thyroid function; Before and after treatment 1 year line, the gated blood pool imaging in comprehensive evaluation of the ef icacy of treatment. Results 1 year after treatment, 27 cases of normal thyroid function, improved in 2 cases, cure rate is 96.7%;Before and after treatment for 3 months, 6 months after treatment and 1 year after treatment, FT3, FT4 level gradual y reduce, TSH level increased, statistical y significant dif erence, <0.05;, 1 year after treatment in patients with LVEF, 1/3 of ef, PER, (PFR), which improved TPER, statistical y significant dif erences before and after treatment, < 0.05). Conclusion 131 I in treatment of senile hyperthyroidism heart disease, which can ef ectively control the FT3, FT4, TSH level, improve heart function in elderly patients with hyperthyroidism sex heart disease.关键词
