Abstract
Objective To observe the early nursing intervention and transmetil treatment of clinical ef icacy of neonatal cholestatic jaundice babies.Methods To select 78 cases neonatal intrahepatic cholestatic jaundicet in our hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received conventional treatment and care,the xperimental group with early nursing intervention therapy combined transmetil,comparison of the clinical ef icacy of the two groups. Results There was a significant dif erence in clinical ef icacy between the two groups. Conclusion The early nursing intervention and transmetil treatment of neonatal cholestatic jaundice babies can significantly improve clinical ef icacy in children,have clinical significance.关键词
