摘要
Abstract
Objective To enhance the management level of surgical patient's safe transport.Methods The quality control circle program was applied to the managemen of surgical patient's safe transport,and the causes accountable for the omissions were analyzed to work out the responsible measure and enfore it and evaluation it's ef ect.Results Due to staf 's participation in the program,the incidence of omission has reduced significantly,and the dif erence was significan ( <0.01).Conclusion The practice of quality control circle program help strengthened nursus'consciousness on participating in management,enhanced their problem-solving ability,motivated their enthusiasm and responsibility,enhanced their working ef iciency and insure patients'safety.关键词
