云南省临沧市四种少数民族癫痫SCN1A基因和单核苷酸多肽性的研究
Study of Lincang City Four Minority Epilepsy and Single Nucleotide Polymorphism of SCN1A Gene
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of SCN1A and epilepsia genuina of four peculiar minority nationalities including Dai, Lahu, Wa, and Lisu in Yunnan Province. Methods SNP sites of SCN1A, encoding alpha 1 subunit of Voltage gated sodium channel, were dectected by time of flight mass spectrography (TOFMS). Results SNP sites of SCN1A, including rs121917930, rs121918623, rs121918627, did not demonstrated obvious polymorphism distribution among the four peculiar minority nationalities in Yunnan Province. Rs3812718 site showed obvious polymorphism. Conclution Expect for rs3812718, no obvious polymorphism was found in other 3 SNP sites of in the four peculiar minorities (Dai,Lahu,Wa, andLisu) in this study.关键词
