Abstract
Objective To study the uncertainty in il ness and related factors in the coronary heart disease patients,in order to guide clinical nursing work bet er. Methods Using Mishel Uncertainty in Il ness Scale (Chinese version) and basic information survey to conducte the uncertainty in il ness and related factors in the 110 coronary heart disease patients. Results 80.9% of coronary heart disease patients with higher levels of the uncertainty in il ness, cultural dif erences af ect the sense of uncertainty to some extent . Conclusion According to the degree of uncertainty in il ness and dif erent cultural levels to draw up targeted nursing interventions for coronary heart disease patients in order to reduce the patient's il ness uncertainty and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
