55例手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床资料分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ef ects of surgical treatment in plateau fractures, and its prognosis and complications. Methods 55 cases of plateau fracture from Mar 2009 to Nov 2013 in our hospital were involved in this study. And their clinical data were analized retrospectively. Results The patient were treated with CRIF with percutaneous cannulated cancel ous screws or ORIF with but ress plate with or without bone grafting, external fixator according to SCHATZKER'S types. Early motion post operation were car ied out.No weight bearing upto 6~8 weeks. Most cases achieved good or higher outcome while 8 cases have compilcations or sequelas. No delayed union or ununion were observed. Conclusion Surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures is advantageous to get excel ent anatomical reduction and a stable knee, to reduce post-traumatic osteoarthritis and thus to achieve optimal knee fuction.关键词
