摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ects of aripiprazole in type II schizophrenia therapy. Methods Our hospital in January 2013 ~ January 2014 treated 60 patients with type IIschizophrenic patients as research subjects, using a random list of numbers divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each. In the control group were treated with risperidone treatment, the study group were treated with aripiprazole treatment, 6 weeks of treatment, both groups of patients with clinical ef icacy and adverse reactions. Results The comparison of the clinical ef icacy of the study group and the control group, the dif erence was not statistical y significant ( >0.05);adverse reactions in the study group extrapyramidal reactions and weight gain was significantly lower than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion By using aripiprazole in patients with type II schizophrenia treatment, can achieve good clinical ef icacy and extrapyramidal reactions, patients weighing less change, security is relatively high, very worthwhile in clinical practice .关键词
