Abstract
Objective To investigate the cor elation between pathological breast cancer and biological characteristics and prognosis.Methods 99 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital, were to car y out pathology and biology related detection, to summarize the clinical characteristics of patients with, at the same time compared with prognosis.Results In this group of patients in 26 cases (26.3%),theexpressionrate of AR was 43.5%(27/62),the expression rate of c-erb B2 was 41.3%(26/63),as tatistical y significant survival dif erences between lymphatic invasion degree,AR,dif erent subtypes of c -erbB2' ( <0.01).Conclusion Lymphnodestatus and Cerb B2 expression were independent prognostic factors of prognosis of young breast cancer patients, ARcanbeusedasanauxiliaryprognosticfactor.关键词
