Abstract
Objective To investigate the ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA)and dexamethasone clinical ef icacy of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy treatment.Methods Hospital between January 2010 December 2013 admit ed 100 cases of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were randomly divided into a control group of 50 patients,the treatment group of 50 patients in the control group were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid plus conventional Vitamin C and energy mixture treatment;treatment group ursodeoxycholic acid combined dexamethasone plus vitamin C and energy mixture of conventional treatment group,two groups were compared al eviate the itching and alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST)and total bile acid (TBA)levels to evaluate the clinical ef icacy of the liver.Results The two groups of patients before the average pruritus score,ALT,AST,and TBA levels than treatment significantly improved after treatment,the dif erence was statistical y significant( <0.05),the treatment group were significantly bet er than the control group,the between-group the dif erence was statistical y significant( <0.05).The control group of patients after treatment of itching symptom score (0.68±0.47)points higher than the (0.25±0.38)points,the dif erence between groups was statistical y significant ( <0.05);combined group of patients after treatment ALT:(56.7±14.8)U/L,AST:(19.6±12.5)U/L,TBA:(17.4±11.3)mmol/L.Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic acid in combination with dexamethasone treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy can actively al eviate itching symptoms,improve liver function in patients,can significantly improve maternal and neonatal outcomes,with a high clinical significance,should be widely applied.关键词
