摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical ef ects mosapride and domperidone on functional dyspepsia. Methods 100 patients with gastrointestinal adverse treatment in 2010 August to 2012 July in Department of internal medicine in our hospital as control group, the same method to select 100 cases as experimental group patients with poor digestion. The control group received domperidone treatment, the experimental group were given mosapride. To observe the clinical ef icacy of the two groups. Results The total ef iciency of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). In experimental group, weight gain, digestive tract infection, abdominal pain relief, improvement of map tongue was bet er than the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Mosapride in treating functional dyspepsia clinical ef ect is significant, worthy of further promotion.关键词
