摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the cause of ankylosing spondylitis patients with medication non adherence behavior.Methods Using the phenomenon in qualitative study method,12 patients with self withdrawal leads to semi structure of disease recur ence in patients with ankylosing spondylitis in-depth interviews,and the analysis of data using Colaizzi analysis.Results The lack of knowledge on the disease,anxiety,theadverse drug reaction to dif iculties,use economic and medical security condition are the main causes resulting in the withdrawal itself.Conclusion The doctor should strengthen the patients must adhere to long-term treatment, community should expand the knowledge of disease of ankylosing spondylitis publicity scope, and strengthen the propaganda, so that patients and their families to make a cor ect understanding of the disease, treatment compliance is improved.关键词
