摘要
Abstract
Objective Analysis anorectal fistula after colorectal diagnostic,treatment and clinical features.Methods Select the 30 patients with colorectal postoperative anorectal fistula hospital,to give timely diagnosis and ef ective ir igation and drainage,comprehensive measures of antibiotic treatment and nutritional support.Results 24 patients were cured,6 patients fistula three months after the implementation of definitive surgery cured,4 cases were discharged.Conclusion The key anorectal fistula after colorectal early diagnosis and treatment is accurate and ef ective inspection and diagnosis, and ef ective irrigation and drainage,reasonable total parenteral,and other means to al eviate the suf ering of patients and reduce clinical mortality.关键词
