经皮电刺激联合硬膜外分娩镇痛的不良反应评估
Transcutaneous Electrical Stimulation the Adverse Effects of Epidural Labor Analgesia Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To access clinical adverse reactions of transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation (TENS)combined with epidural analgesia for Painless Labor. Methods Sixty healthy,single-fetus, and ful-term parturients in active labor were randomly divided into three groups, each group included 20 cases.The control group did not perform any intervention;the epidural group received PCEA with0.1% ropivacaine+fentanyl (2μg/ml);TENS and epidural analgesia were both used in joint group.Motor block and numbness of lower limbs,the rate of using pitocin, nausea and vomiting,pruritus, urinary retention were compared among the natural birth mothers in the three groups.Results The motor block, numbness of lower limbs and the rate of using pitocin in joint group were both decreased compared with epidural group ( <0.05).There were no significant dif erences in the rate of other adverse reactions among three groups.Conclusion TENS can reduce the adverse reactions ofepidural analgesia for painless labor.关键词
