医患双方对医患关系紧张认知现状分析
Cognitive Status of the Doctor-patient Relationship between Doctor and Patients

Abstract
Objective To understand the cur ent doctor-patient awareness and understanding of both sides of the tensions in the doctor-patient relationship to provide related intervention countermeasures. Methods Using multi-stage stratified random sampling method for dif erent medical workers and patients and patients' families, the questionnaire survey to analyze doctor-patient cognitive status of the doctor-patient relationship. Results 89.6%of the medical workers for the evaluation of the doctor-patient relationship is not high;65.9%of the patients think the doctor-patient relationship nervous;30%of the doctors think that the reason for the doctor-patient relationship nervous don't want to communicate with patients and their families.38%patients considered the doctor-patient relationship nervous reasons for the lack of related knowledge, treatment adherence is poor;47% of patients family members through the news media way to understand the cur ent medical situation. Conclusion Both doctors and patients have lower evaluation on the doctor-patient relationship, communication between doctors and patient need to strengthen, and media and government also should be given properly leading.关键词
