摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic ef ect of surgical operation on myocardial bridge. Methods We Surgery to 26 patients on myocardial bridge, from Jan 2002 to Jan 2010 (26 cases of myocardial bridge site was al in the left anterior descending branch). There 9 cases underwent myotomy on myocardial bridge;14 cases underwent minimal y Invasive Direct Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (MIDCAB);3 cases underwent of-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCAB)+supra arterial myotomy. Results Al of the 26 cases were successful. After operation, coronary angiography and coronary CT scan show that: coronary myocardial bridge oppression phenomenon disappeared or significantly reduced graft, anastomosis patency. Cardiac function was significantly restored. The 26 cases were fol owed up for 1.5 to 10 years(6.1±2.7) years, no death and myocardial infarction in long-term. Conclusion Surgical operation have good long-term ef ect in the treatment of myocardial bridge.关键词
