Abstract
Objective To explore the high quality nursing care intervention in patients with depression medication adherence and the ef ect of satisfaction. Methods Select our hospital 84 cases of patients with depression, were randomly divided into control group and the team, al the 42 cases. Al patients were given antidepressant medication, and control group adopts the conventional nursing model, the experimental group in the control group, the implementation of high quality nursing care intervention on the basis of analysis of two groups of patients with clinical ef icacy compared. Results Al patients medication compliance before intervention is no statistical dif erence ( > 0.05), after intervention group patients medication compliance is significantly higher than the control group, the dif erence statistical y dif erence ( <0.05). 39 patients were satisfied with nursing intervention to compare our team, degree of satisfaction was 92.9%, significantly higher than the control group, comparing dif erences between two groups of data with statistical significance ( < 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing service interventions in patients with depression curative ef ect is distinct, is a scientific and ef ective nursing care plan, not only can improve the compliance of patients with medication, can improve patient satisfaction, worth clinical promotion.关键词
