摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate pleural ef usion adenosine deaminase (ADA) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) Detection in the fluid nature of the dif erential diagnosis. Methods According to the pathological types March 2013 September 2013 in our hospital were divided into 78 cases of malignant pleural ef usion pleural ef usion group (37 cases) and tuberculous pleural ef usion group (41 cases), pleural ef usions were detected ADA and CEA level, and comparative analysis of two sets of results. Results Malignant pleural ef usion ADA group were significantly lower than in tuberculous pleural ef usion group, CEA levels were significantly higher in tuberculous pleural ef usion group ( <0.05);ADA and CEA-positive malignant pleural ef usion group were significantly higher than those of tuberculous pleural ef usion group ( <0.05). Conclusion The ADA and CEA in pleural ef usion has a high value in the dif erential diagnosis of ef usions.关键词
