Abstract
Objective To investigate the change laws of early diastolic transmitral flow velocity to mitral annular motion velocity(E/e ratio) among dif erent grades of hypertension. Methods 153 cases of hypertensive patients in accordance with the classification criteria were divided into hypertension 1(mild)group, hypertension 2(moderate)group, hypertension 3(severe)groups .Each group were 52 cases, 52 cases and 49 cases. Recorded per patient blood pressure and provided 71 cases of healthy people as the control group. The values of E and e were detected respectively by using color Doppler ultrasound equipment,and calculated E/e ratio. Then the E/e ratio were compared among al groups. Results The E/e ratio of the control group, hypertension 1 group, hypertension 2 group and hypertension 3 groups increased sequential y and the dif erence was significant statistical y( <0.05).Moderate positive cor elation was detected between mean arterial pressure and E/e ratio among 153 cases of patients with hypertension(r=0.540, <0.01). Conclusion E/e ratio can be used as the reference of assessing the severity of hypertension.关键词
