免疫固定电泳在多发性骨髓瘤中的诊断价值应用OA
Diagnostic Value of Application of Immunofixation Electrophoresis in Multiple Myeloma
目的探讨免疫固定电泳(IFE)技术在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)诊断及分型中的价值及临床应用。方法对2012~2014年来我院的33例患有MM的患者的血清进行相关免疫固定电泳检测及免疫球蛋白含量测定。结果33例临床确诊的MM患者免疫固定电泳阳性符合率100%，IFE分型结果显示：IgG-资型7例，占21.2%；IgG-姿型12例，占36.4%；IgA-资型4例，占12.1%；IgA-姿型2例，占6.1%；IgM-资型4例，占12.1%；IgD-姿型…查看全部>>
Objective To evaluate the role of immunofixation electrophoresis (IFE)on Multiple Myeloma (MM)diagnosis and study its clinical significance.
