Abstract
Objective To separate and anti-inflammatory activity of polypeptide deer bone calcium and analysed on the polypeptide activity.Methods Using gel filtration chromatography and other methods, to obtain peptides isolated from deer bone calcium powder;by June old New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, experimental group was divided into two groups randomly, the rabbit knee osteoarthritis by Hulth method, give the polypeptide dilution and physiological salt water of the joint cavity injection intervention, detection of IL-2 by ELISA 1L 1 beta and tumor necrosis factor alpha TNF level. Results The intervention of seventh, 15, 30d, the experimental group in the joint fluid of IL-1 beta and TNF alpha levels than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The anti-inflammatory activity of polypeptide Shouchuntang deer deer bone calcium can reduce the synovial fluid IL 1 beta and alpha TNF level, may delay the degeneration of articular cartilage in the certain degree, has certain anti-inflammatory activity.关键词
