Serum Procalcitonin Detection in the Early Diagnosis of Children with Acute Lower Respiratory Tract Infection
目的探讨血清降钙素原（PCT）检测在儿童急性下呼吸道感染早期诊断的应用价值。方法选择2012年01月~2014年06月我院收治的急性下呼吸道感染患儿122例，其中细菌性感染62例，非细菌性感染60例，分别为细菌性感染组和非细菌性感染组，选择同期健康儿童50例为健康对照组，检测三组血清PCT水平，并对三组结果作对比分析。结果细菌感染组血清PCT水平及PCT阳性率均明显高于非细菌性感染组和健康对照组，差异均有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论血清P…查看全部>>
