Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, pathological features and treatment points of prostate dif use large B-cel lymphoma (dif use large B-cel lymphoma DLBCL). Methods The case of prostate dif use large B-cel lymphoma was reviewed retrospectively. Patient was 71 years old in hospital because of urination two years and left back pain 15 days. CT point: enlarged prostate, and multiple lumps around and adjacent metastasis of prostate cancer to consider the possibility of large ;Prostate biopsy point: dif use large B-cel lymphoma. The patient has been in open exploratory surgery and cystostomy. Results Tumor compression symptoms improved significantly, renal function returned to normal after combined treatment of postoperative radiotherapy.Conclusion Prostate dif use large B-cel lymphoma is rare , dif icult to resect completely and easy to relapse.Diagnosis is dependent on pathological examination and immunohistochemistry. Comprehensive treatment of surgical resection and chemotherapy are ef ective.关键词
