Research Progress of miRNA in Congenial Heart Disease
摘要
Abstract
MicroRNAs are a class of noncoding single-stranded RNA consisting of about 19-25 nucleotides,involving in the regulation of gene transcription.At present a large number of studies have shown that miRNA play an important role in heart development and congenital heart disease,the studies of heart disease in recent years become a new hot spot,also bringing us into a new field.In this paper,the miRNA cor elated with congenital heart disease are reviewed.关键词
