摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application of PDCA cycle in ophthalmic operating room nursing management method and ef ect.Methods From January 2013 to January 2014 between the PDCA cycle management during the implementation of ophthalmology of 80 patients admit ed in the operating room as observation group;At the same time wil be from January 2012 to January 2013 eyes of 80 patients admit ed in the operating room between set as control group,compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and rate of preoperative visit.Results Observation group of patients nursing satisfaction rate was 96.25%,the preoperative visit rate was 97.50%,the control of nursing satisfaction rate was 81.25%,the preoperative visit rate was 87.50%,which significant dif erence ( <0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle is an eye in the operating room nursing management of a new concept,the ef ective management of the patient satisfaction in one's ascent,increase the rate of preoperative visits on has significant advantages.关键词
