石蜡油联合戊酸雌二醇片预防宫颈粘连分离术后再次粘连的效果观察
Effect Analysis of the Effect of the Combination of Paraffin Oil and Estradiol on the Prevention of Postoperative Adhesion of Cervical Adhesions
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef icacy of paraf in oil combined estradiolvalerate in prevention of secondary adhesion after Intrauterine adhesions dissection.Methods 40 patients underwent intrauterine adhesions dissection in our hospital between May 2012 and May 2014 were col ected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each. The control group received paraf in oil, observation group received paraf in oil combined estradiolvalerate,the incidence of secondary adhesion of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of menstruation in observation group was 95.0%, significantly higher than the 80.0%in control group ( <0.05);the incidence of secondary adhesion in observation group was 5.0%, significantly lower than the 35.0%in the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Paraf in oil combined estradiolvalerate for patients with intrauterine adhesions dissection can be ef ective in preventing of secondary adhesion,it has a significant ef ect, should be widely applied.关键词
